On the way out of my Toronto office after a recent reading, my client
and I were talking and joking about our husbands. We agreed that one
didn’t have to be psychic to know who was responsible for the pile of
dirty clothes in the corner of the bedroom, and how often our hubby has
offered to wash the dishes. (If your number is higher than zero,
ladies, please email your secret.)
Then my client said, “Your husband is lucky. You can bring him his
relatives who have crossed over all the time.” I just smiled to myself.
Yes, my husband is lucky to have me! But, no, he never asks me for
readings. I’ve also never volunteered to connect him with someone who
has passed. And I never will.

A New Year always heralds a new beginning. That’s why we make New
Year’s resolutions – because we feel that we’re a year older, a year
wiser, and the opportunity for change for the better is signaled by the
New Year’s Eve drop of the Times Square glitter ball (or, up here in
Toronto, the lighting up of the CN Tower).
However, in these hesitant times, I can understand why people might
wonder how will we be able to cope – and even thrive – in the New Year?
Well, here’s the secret to making 2009 work for you: You’ve got to know
how to move from “me” to “we”.

Several weeks ago, a very agitated and worried local university student telephoned, saying he needed a Toronto medium. There was an entity in his dorm room, he said – an energy that he felt and heard. And it would not go away. “Please,” he added. “Is there anything you can do to help me?
